William Barker Ogden Deceased Notice
is hereby given that all CREDITORS and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of WILLIAM BARKER OGDEN late of "Heathbrow" Hampstead Heath in the county of Middlesex, Tobacco Manufacturer deceased who died on the 28th day of February 1906 and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry on the 28th day of March 1902 by Margaret Ogden the Sole Executrix therein named of "Heathbrow" aforesaid widow of the deceased are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claims and demands to me the undersigned the Solicitor for the said Margaret Ogden on or before the twelfth day of July 1906 at the undermentioned address, after which date the said Margaret Ogden will proceed to distribute the assets of the said William Barker Ogden deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which she shall then have had notice and the said Margaret Ogden will not be liable for the assets of the said William Barker Ogden deceeased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands she shall not then have had notice.

Dr. C. G. Moore
    Dr. Charles Gordon Moore, C.V.O., who died yesterday at his home at Sunningdale, was the son of W. H. Moore, of Malvern Wells. Educated at Sherborne and Caius College, Cambridge, he went on to study medicine at St. Bartholomew's Hospital.   He served in the R.A.M.C. in the 1914-18 War at Gallipoli and in France, and in 1917 commanded the Military Hospital, Gibraltar.   He was deputy commissioner medical services, Ministry of Pension, from 1920 and 1923, and Physician in Ordinary to Princess Beatrice from 1928 to 1944.   He was made C.V.O. in 1935, and in 1941 was appointed a Justice of the Peace for Buckinghamshire.   He married in 1911 Margaret, daughter of Captain John Scott, and widow of W. B. Ogden, by whom he had a daughter.

    GORDON MOORE, on July 20, 1958, suddenly, at her home, New Place, Sunningdale, MARGARET, beloved wife of the late Dr. Charles Gordon Moore, and much loved mother of Graeme and Peggy. Funeral, Thursday, 12 o'clock, at Golders Green Crematorium. No flowers at her request.

    Mrs. Margaret Gordon Moore, of New Place, Sunningdale, Berkshire, left £144,575 (net value £141,171; duty paid £70,798). She left £2,000 to Mark 21, the Graeme House, Derbyshire (Toe H hostel), expressing the wish that it be used primarily for the endowment of the salary of a permanent chaplain.
