I, SYBIL CLARK HAGGIE, of Knayton Lodge, Knayton, Thirsk in the County of North Yorkshire, Widow, HEREBY DECLARE this to be my last Will and Testament, and I REVOKE all previous Wills made by me.

1. I APPOINT Paul Hubert Devas Dessain of Shaw House, Utkinton, Tarporley, Cheshire, Colonel in Her Majesties Army (Retired) and Michael Wace Roberts, of The Hollins, Knayton, Thirsk, aforesaid Brigadier in Her Majesty's Army (retired) (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the Executors and Trustees of this my will, for all purposes.
   
   
2. I give the following pecuniary Legacies:
   
   1. To my Sister Miss Rachel Thompson the sum of 100 pounds.
      
   2. To my daughter Hester Dessain the sum of 1,000 pounds.
      
      
3. I DEVISE my Cottage Moor View, Knayton to my daughter Dorothy Brenda Roberts.
   
   
4. I REQUEST my executors to distribute any household, personal effects or ornaments in accordance with any Memorandum left by me, But such Memorandum shall not be regarded as part of my will, and subject thereto, I direct that my four daughters shall be entitled to take any such articles as they mutually agree at their probate value, and such articles that they do not wish to retain shall be sold, and the proceeds shall fall into the residue of my estate.
   
   
5. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the residue of my estate, of every description to be equally divided between my four daughters, Catherine Mary Withycombe, Hester Dessain, Dorothy Brenda Roberts, Prudence Audrey Lady Buchanan-Jardine.

On the 16th day of March 1978, Probate of this will was granted to Paul Hubert Devas Dessain, of Shaw House,
Utkinton, Tarporley, Cheshire, and Michael Wace Roberts, of The Hollins, Knayton, Thirsk the executors named in the said will.

Sybil Clark Haggie, of Knayton Lodge, Knayton, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, died on the 28th day of November 1977.
