George Gordon de Courcy Drury         1894-1947
George was born 28 August 1894, the son of Ernest de Courcy Drury and Nellie Kathleen Sansen, in New Zealand. He served in World War 1 initially with the New Zealand Field Artillery, then as a 2nd Lieutenant with the Royal Scots Fusiliers, then as a Lieutenant with the King's African Rifles in Kenya.
